Stretching Band Exercise

Using an exercise band to stretch your shoulder muscles is an ideal way to keep your posture. Pulling the band will help you to stretch your muscle tendons around your shoulder blades which helps maintain good posture.

To do the exercise with the band, hold the band with one hand and pull in a 180-degree movement towards you. Slowly return to the original position and repeat it 10-15 times per arms.

Simple Planking Workouts

Most people with back injuries or even shoulder pain use planking to keep their posture check. Planking is one of the easiest and effective body workouts that everyone can try. This will not only help keep your balance and posture, but it can also increase flexibility and flatten the belly too.

Put your shoulder in and hold your hands below your waistline and slowly put yourself lower down the floor and do this again for 10 to 12 times.

Stretching has a lot of benefits to our body. A body stretch for a couple of minutes can increase your body’s flexibility, rejuvenate and unwind group of muscles, joints and tendons. Though over stretching can sometimes hurt the muscles and tendons, the key is to take it at a bare minimum.
