Dehydration is a common problem during summer, if you are not careful about it. Dehydration is common during summer because of excess loss of water and electrolytes due to excess sweating. To prevent dehydration keep yourself adequately hydrated by drinking water at regular interval. Drink one glass of water every hour if you are engaged in physical activity.
