Another thing you need to worry about is carrying something along for snacks. You see, if you eat right before the training, you risk getting nauseated and underperforming during an important exercise. On the other hand, by not eating for hours you can enter the state of starvation and repeat the same mistake. This is why, it is always handy to have a nutrition bar at your side in order to replenish your energy when you most need it. Extra Set of Clothes

Now, this one is absolutely paramount. Sure, wearing an extra set of clothes takes a lot of room in your bag, but you never know when you are going to need them.
