  • Sitz bath is also helpful for hemorrhoids during pregnancy. Sitz bath is a mini bath which allows soaking of rectum in warm water. It can give symptomatic relief.
  • Ice pack or cold compress on the affected area can reduce swelling and help in reducing pain too.
  • Use of hemorrhoid pads can be of great value. A safer product should be used during pregnancy.
