Personal habit and personal hygiene is very important for all of us. A good personal hygiene can help prevent various diseases as well as make us feel good. Various personal hygiene habits should be part of your daily routine. Good personal hygiene is essential for good health.

Personal hygiene can indicate various personal aspects too. If you find someone with poor personal hygiene, it may be indication that the person is depressed or have some mental health issues.  1. Bath regularly
